  • 摘要:In recent years,the construction industry is facing a series of problems such as severe resource waste,environmental pollution,and high energy consumption.This article takes ecological green buildings as the starting point and fully considers the coordination of ecological green building raw material suppliers,construction enterprises,government departments and other units.In the operational relationship,the ecological green building supply chain management model and the multi-level recycling management model of the internal ecological green building supply chain were constructed.In addition,the ecological green building level of 10 construction enterprises in M area was studied by SPSS cluster analysis.The results show that: 1) Eco-green building supply chain management model covers building developers,construction contracting enterprises,materials,equipment suppliers,government departments and other participating units,fully considering the coordination and interaction between each participating unit.Therefore,the operation of the entire building supply chain is smoother.2) The multi-level recycling management model of the internal eco-green building supply chain can realize the diversification of recovery and construction work from the bottom level,to the restoration,warehousing and treatment of high-level multi-level recycling,and achieve the goal of sustainable development.3) The results of cluster analysis show that the C2,C9 and C6 construction companies in M region have leading indicators such as resource integration capability,green building material capability and green construction technology capability,which is a high-level green building supply chain management level enterprise in the region.
