  • 摘要:The urban development process faces resource shortages,environmental pollution,and ecological crises.Therefore,on the one hand,the development of a low-carbon economy can promote the sustainable development of cities.On the other hand,the development oflow-carbon cities based on sustainable development can also make the development oflow-carbon cities successful better.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation system for low-carbon cities is established from the perspective of sustainable development.The evaluation system for low-carbon cities is divided into four sub-systems: economic development,social development,low-carbon development,and sustainable development.Taking Anhui Province as an example,the data of various indicators in Anhui Province from 2006 to 2018 are collected,and the principal component analysis method is used to quantitatively calculate the principal component score and comprehensive score of each subsystem,and analyze the development of each subsystem.Through the analysis of the calculation results,it is found that from 2006 to 2018,the economic and low-carbon development level of Anhui Province has generally improved rapidly,the social development level has been generally stable,but the sustainable development level has been in a decline stage.Then we use the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each subsystem and calculate the low-carbon comprehensive development level score of Anhui Province from 2006 to 2018.According to the calculation results,it is found that the low-carbon comprehensive development level of Anhui Province has been generally improved from year to year.
