  • 摘要:Due to particulate matter pollution has become a major atmospheric pollution problem in China and the spot calibration device of PM2.5 mass concentration monitor is urgently in need of developing and using.In this study,the spot calibration device of PM2.5 mass concentration monitor was designed,which was made up of air blower,dust generator,mixing chamber,standard instrument and the calibrated instrument.The results indicated that the repeatability of the spot calibration device was no more than 9%,and showed that it had good repeatability.By analyzing the test results of PM2.5 calibration device and the standard instrument,the standard values could be calculated by means of the formula (x=(y+2.1114)/0.9989).When the dust concentration of the spot calibration device were setted as 300pg/m3,600pg/m3,900pg/m3, 1200pg/m3,1500pg/m3and 2500pg/m3,the biggest error rate was -12.62% between the corrected concentration and the mass concentration of the calibrated instrument.The analysis result of the uncertainty indicated that the expanded uncertainty wrei of the spot calibration device was 7.98% (k=2).The study has certified the spot calibration device can be applied to the actual calibration of PM2.5 mass concentration monitor.
