摘要:Two kinds of bacteria,named YMJ-5 and YMJ-8,were isolated from the soil,which could degrade ametryn effectively.YMJ-5 and YMJ-8 were identified as Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus licheni-formis.The degradation efficiency of 150mg/L of ametryn by YMJ-5 could reach 96.3% in 7 days,and YMJ-8 could reach 97.7% under the same conditions.Both YMJ-5 and YMJ-8 could also effectively degrade simazine,prometryn,atrazine and ter-buthylazine.In addition,YMJ-5 and YMJ-8 had been successfully developed into a live bacterial agent that could be used to degrade ametryn residue.These results suggest that YMJ-5 and YMJ-8 could be used for the bioremediation of ametryn or other s-triazine herbicides contamination.
