摘要:The coordinated development of regional economy and ecological environment has always been the focus ofhealthy and sustainable development of human society.However,restricted by all kinds of factors,the research on the balance of biosphere,the foundation of existence and development is especially limited,which makes the unbalance of regional economic development and eco-environment occur frequently.In this study,the BP neural network is used to construct the evaluation index system for eco-environment and social economy,and a evaluation model is also established.In which,twenty-nine indicators at the three levels of regional natural resources,regional environmental level and regional economic level are determined.Taking Zhanjiang city,China as an example,the ecological carrying capacity is analyzed qualitatively,and the coupling degree between eco-environment system and economic system is evaluated synthetically.The results show that the evaluation system has certain feasibility,and is the best in speed and accuracy.Finally,the problems of eco-environment and economic sustainable development in this region are summarized,and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The results can provide a basis for planning and decisionmaking of coordinated development of environment protection and economy.
