摘要:In order to investigate the feasibility of treatment of heavy metal wastewater by biosorption,the effects of factors such as pH,adsorption time,Zn2+ initial concentration and CaCl2 concentration on the adsorption rate of Zn2+ were studied.The Box-Behnken central combination method is used to conduct a four-factor three-level test,establish a second-order polynomial mathematical model,and verify the effectiveness of the model.The results show that: When the pH is 6.5 and the adsorption time is 0.6 h,the Zn2+ initial concentration is 100 mg/L,the CaCl2 concentration is 5%,and the Zn2+ adsorption rate reaches the maximum 77.49%.After checking the optimal conditions verification,the predicted value is close to the average value of the verification experiment.The Zn2+ in the wastewater after adsorption is lower than the national pollutant discharge standard limit.
