  • 摘要:The current research was conducted to determine the influence of Glomus mosseae,Glomus fas-ciculatum and Verticillium dahliae on some phytochemical changes in cucumber tissues.Chlorophyll (A and B),phenol,ortho-di-phenol,carbohydrate,protein contents and total amino acids were evaluated in cucumber tissues.The results showed that carbohydrate content in cucumber roots (0.28ppm) and leaves (0.95ppm) was significantly the highest in G.fasciculatum treated plants.A significant amount of phenol and ortho-di-phenol were detected in Verticillium infected plants.Chlorophyll A and B in the combined treatment was varied statistically.Leaves protein content was in a significantly amount in G.fasciculatum treatment (0.66 ppm).Mycorrhi-zal plants with G.fasciculatum produced higher amino acids in leaves and root tissues followed by G.mosseae treated plants.The overall results indicated that arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal (AMF) species used were able to enhance biochemical production in cucumber tissues compared with the control and the infected treatment.Also,cucumber plants were varied significantly in their growth responses to AMF species and Verticillium.
