摘要:At present,the construction of coal mine safety culture in China is still in the primary stage,especially in the evaluation index system and evaluation method of coal mine flood risk,which restricts the benign development and construction of coal mine safety culture to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the research on risk evaluation of coal mine flood.Combined with the characteristics of coal enterprises,this paper first analyzes and expounds the connotation,level,construction stage of coal mine safety culture and the relationship between safety culture and safety performance,which lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of coal mine flood risk evaluation index system.Secondly,referring to the fuzzy evaluation model,AHP is adopted to solve the problem of index weight distribution,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of coal mine flood risk based on AHP is constructed.The evaluation index system of coal mine safety culture,which consists of 4 first-class indexes and 27 second-class indexes,is constructed systematically,and the weights of each level index are determined by AHP.Finally,taking a coal mine in Shanxi Province as the evaluation object,the evaluation results of each evaluation target are obtained through the calculation of fuzzy matrix,and the analysis shows that the final evaluation results are consistent with the actual safety situation of the coal mine.
