  • 摘要:The natural environment of the south sea is bad,and the density window of the target formation is very narrow or even 0,and the difference between the temperature of the deep-water is very large,and annulus pressure is very difficult to control,and the risk and cost of the drilling is high,so the accurate prediction of ECD is the key to avoid lost,kick,overflow and other drilling complex and accidents,and realize the safety drilling.This paper formed the prediction model of ECD was based on the HEM drilling mud rheological model that was coupling calculated with flow and heat transfer and mud properties,and considered the pressure pipeline displacement,well-bore structure,drill string rotation,cuttings concentration on the influence of well-bore pressure,and contrasted and analyzed the prediction data with ECD data from LS-M well in the south sea,and the maximum error is less than 1%.The accuracy of the model was verified.This study can provided the theoretical guidance for ECD prediction,drilling safety and parameter optimization.
