摘要：How does science share knowledge across disciplinary and cultural boundaries? This is one of the central questions that shapes the book Intercultural Communication and Science and Tech- nology Studies. The feeling that comes up first while reading the book is that the intercultural communication community – despite its considerable heterogeneity – seems to owe a debt to Science and Technology Studies (STS). The more the book is built up throughout the chapters, the closer we bring these subjects together.
