摘要：The article presents the results of research on the innovations in the sphere of industrial enterprises in Russia. A number of evolutionary factors causing obsolescence of the existing theoretical concepts of the innovation processes in the industry were identified. As a result of the study, we developed a universal (standard) model for the organization of the innovation network, which is superimposed on the actual organizational unions in the industrial sphere, integrating the administrative mechanisms laid in them.
