摘要：The processes in the activity of construction companies which are involved in the construction of industrial objects, bridges and roads, and the factors affecting the value of these processes and the organization's financial stability have been investigated. A comparative analysis of the construction companies according to the criteria for stability (financial, economic, organizational, innovation, investment) has been implemented using the analytic hierarchy method; financial models of studied construction companies have been developed, the forecast evaluation of their expediency has been made.
