摘要:Social networks are gradually becoming a space for organizing and conducting civil campaigns. Authors analyze the factors that contribute to the organization of a successful campaign in social networks. They identify social groups that are most susceptible to influence in social networks. The authors also formulate a methodology for assessing the involvement of citizens in a civil campaign in social networks.The paper provides the results of a survey of experts to evaluate the factors that enable to ensure the success of the civil campaign on the Internet.
