摘要：Nanotechnology as one of the technology sector has penetrated into every field, and to become the dominant technology in the new industrial revolution. The article analyzes the policy of nanotechnology research and technology, and the effect of policy implementation in United States, Japan, several EU countries, and proposes the policy references of nanotechnology R&D.
