摘要：This article is devoted to the analysis of modern problems and prospects of strengthening the role and place of the control and accounting authorities in improving the executive discipline of executive authorities in Russia. In this regard, a system of proposals for resolving these problems has been prepared and justified in the work. These proposals will optimize the organization and functioning of the executive power system in the Russian Federation as a whole.
