摘要：This article is devoted to the analysis of modern problems associated with the imperfection of the model of separation of powers between Federal and regional executive bodies in the Russian Federation. In this regard, a system of proposals for resolving these problems has been prepared and justified in the work. These proposals will optimize the organization and functioning of the executive power system in Russia. Moreover, the optimization of the model of separation of powers between federal and regional executive bodies in the country should be aimed at preserving the Russian Federation's state sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity.
