摘要：This article is devoted to the analysis of the problems and prospects of increasing the role and place of the State Council of the Russian Federation and plenipotentiary representatives of the President of Russia in the federal districts in coordinating the system of executive power in the country and overcoming centrifugal political trends. In this regard, the authors have developed and justified a number of measures to resolve these problems. This will not only strengthen the system of executive power in the country, but also ensure the state sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the Russian Federation in a rapidly globalizing world.
