摘要：This article analyzes the most important principle of organization and activity of executive authorities in the Russian Federation - federalism. Russia is a federal democratic state with a republican form of government. In this regard, the authors have developed and justified proposals for implementing the principle of federalism in the organization and operation of the system of executive authorities.
