摘要：This research aims to investigate the pathological abnormalities of tilapia (O.niloticus) infected with Aeromonas hydrophila and to observe histopathology, including histological changes in the gills, kidneys, and liver. The results were then explained using descriptive methods. Fish samples were obtained from the Fish Seed Center, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Sumber Pasir Village, Malang Regency, East Java. Histopathology results from infected fish showed necrosis and hemorrhage in the gills and liver.
