摘要:In selection processes for administrative teams, leadership is seen as an individual competence. In light of the current sociocultural transformation, leadership should be observed from a perspective of social capital, in which collaboration takes the place of bureaucratic administration. This paradigm shift gives rise to internal conflicts relating to their commitment and influence on the community and the educational project. The objective of this study was to determine the degree of commitment and influence of administrative teams in resilient educational institutions in Chile using a qualitative methodology, content analysis, and an impact matrix. The results show that commitment and influence are determining factors in creating a profile for selecting administrative teams, in which transformational leadership is key for positions with clear social capital and transactional leadership is one feature of technical positions.
