摘要:The authors consider the theoretical aspects of interpersonal interaction of employees in their dependence on certain personal characteristics. The theoretical part presents an analytical review of the material on such personal qualities as: sociability, anxiety, stress resistance, conflict, personality behavior strategies in conflict. In the empirical part, studies were carried out to determine these personal characteristics of employees in an organization and the correlation relationships between the personal characteristics of employees and their interpersonal relationships were analyzed.
