摘要：In the context of the all-encompassing digitalization of the economy, Russian companies are faced with the need to systematically modernize their own business processes. The article raises issues related to the need to develop and implement compliance control in the organization's management system. The concept of compliance control, its goals and objectives are disclosed, and the problematic aspects associated with the implementation of this system in Russian practice are identified.
