摘要：This article presents a hermeneutical analysis of the last four development plans of Ecuador that cover the period 2007-2021. The objective of this analysis is to assess the variable real importance that the concept of good living has had as a guide for development public policies in Ecuador, in the context of the Citizen Revolution implemented by Alianza pais under the leadership of Rafael Correa (2007-2017) and Lenin Moreno (2017-2021).
