摘要：Ukraine accession to the Bologna Process in 2005 provided the following changes - the transition to a dynamic multi-stage system of specialist training, which allows the possibility of the person to obtain a certain educational and qualified level in the desired directions according to the ability and to ensure their mobility in the labor market; the formation of the higher education institutions network (further the university), according to which the forms, programs, terms of training and sources of funding satisfy the interests of the individual and each individual needs and the state as a whole; increasing the educational and cultural level of society, creating conditions for learning throughout all life. .
