摘要：Los autores analizan las crisis que han afectado al país durante los últimos treinta años. También estudian, desde la perspectiva de la economía política, el papel que han jugado distintos actores económicos y políticos durante un largo proceso de transición que, desde su punto de vista, se encuentra inconcluso. El cambio de régimen, entendido como una manera distinta de hacer las cosas, el ajuste estructural y las consecuencias de las reformas estructurales constituyen las bases de las nuevas debilidades de la economía mexicana. La necesidad de un cambio de rumbo se enmarca en la demografía política, que con el bono demográfico, presiona a la estructura productiva y política. Se requiere de un régimen distinto, capaz de solucionar los problemas de principio del siglo XXI. El nuevo régimen, que conducirá al país durante los próximos años, deberá basarse en los derechos humanos especialmente los derechos económicos, sociales y culturales.
其他摘要：The authors make an analysis of the crises that have affected the country over the last thirty years. They also study, from the perspective of political economy, the role of the different economic and political actors throughout the long transition process that, in their opinion, remains inconclusive. The change in regime, understood as a different form of carrying out activities, the structural adjustment, and the consequences of said structural reforms, are the basis of the new weaknesses in the Mexican economy. The need for a change in course is seen within the framework of political demography; which, with the demographic dividend, creates pressure on the political production structure. A new regime is needed that is capable of solving the problems seen at the beginning of the 21st century. The new regime, which will guide the country during the following years, must be based on human rights, and specifically on economic, social and cultural rights.
