摘要：The study examines the relationship between exports, imports and economic growth in India, spanning the period from 1980-2019. The study findings confirmed the long-run relationship among exports, imports and economic growth and also reported that there is a unidirectional causality from economic growth to exports; exports to economic growth; exports to imports; imports to economic growth in the short-run. In the long-run, author confirmed that there is a bidirectional causality relationship between economic growth and exports; and exports and imports. Finally, the study results indicate that both exports and imports increase economic growth in India.
