摘要:SummaryPerovskite materials have demonstrated superior performance in many aspects of optoelectronic applications including X-ray scintillation, photovoltaic, photodetection, and so on. In this work, we demonstrate a self-powered flexible all-perovskite X-ray detector with high sensitivity and fast response, which can be realized by integrating CsPbBr3perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) as the X-ray scintillator with a CH3NH3PbI3perovskite photodetector. The PNCs scintillator exhibits ultra-fast light decay of 2.81 ns, while the perovskite photodetector gives a fast response time of ∼0.3 μs and high-specific detectivity of ∼2.4×1012Jones. The synergistic effect of these two components ultimately leads to a self-powered flexible all-perovskite X-ray detector that delivers high sensitivity of 600–1,270 μC/mGyaircm3under X-ray irradiation and fast radiation-to-current response time.Graphical abstractDisplay OmittedHighlights•Self-powered flexible all-perovskite indirect X-ray detectors are fabricated•CsPbBr3PNCs-PDMS composite X-ray scintillator shows excellent super flexibility•The MAPbI3photodetector has good response to both visible and X-ray irradiation•The X-ray detector shows high sensitivity, fast response, and good bending stabilityPhysics; Engineering; Devices
