摘要：The article looks at the fundamental principles of legal anthropology and the correlation between such principles and the criminal regulation of the institution of penalty for juvenile offenders in the Russian Federation. Anthropological guidelines in line with which criminal regulation of this institution should be brought are substantiated. The conclusion about the necessity of improvement of criminal legislation concerning juvenile offenders.
