摘要:The text discusses Brazilian education, based on Jair Bolsonaro's Government Plan Proposal, in correlation with the three main agendas of the first year of his presidential term: ideological indoctrination, literacy, and discipline. The freedom category, presented in the Proposal as the most precious asset of human beings, is considered in the study. The documentary analysis is mainly based on the dialogue with Fernandes (1981) and Todorov (2012). It concludes that there is an ultraconservative educational project in progress, that does not consider education as a right.
