摘要：Unlike the preceding article, this article favors the retention of the strict locality rule in medical malpractice cases in Maryland. The authors, after analyzing many of the arguments put forth to liberalize or extinguish Maryland's version of the strict locality rule, discuss the case history that has solidified Maryland's position and demonstrate the justification for the rule's continued application in this jurisdiction.
