摘要：This conceptual paper proposes the practice ecosystem framework, which helps to understand how knowledge co-creation practices are taking place in the emerging forms of organizations. This framework seeks to address these changes by focusing on the evolutionary ontology and epistemology involved in co-creation of knowledge. The paper starts with clarifying the philosophical foundation and the theoretical background of the framework, such as the human activity theory, the theory of practice, organizational knowledge creation theory, including the process model of the knowledge-based firm, and the ecosystem theory. The paper contributes to the new advancements in the theory of knowledge creation.
