摘要：The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the influence of the government's role on community participation; (2) the influence of the role of government, community participation and social capital on destination quality; (3) the influence of the role of government, community participation, social capital and destination quality on community welfare; (4) the role of community participation in mediating the influence of the government's role on the quality of destinations; (5) the role of community participation in mediating the influence of the government's role on community welfare; (6) the role of destination quality in mediating the influence of the role of government, community participation and social capital on community welfare; and (7) the role of community participation and destination quality in mediating the influence of the government's role on community welfare. The results of the research and data analysis show that: (1) the role of the government directly has a positive and significant effect on community participation; (2) the role of government, community participation and social capital directly have a positive and significant effect on the quality of destinations; (3) the role of government, community participation, social capital and destination quality directly have a positive and significant impact on community welfare; (4) community participation is a mediating variable that is capable of partially mediating the influence of the government's role on the quality of destinations; (5) community participation is a mediating variable that is capable of partially mediating the influence of the government's role on community welfare; (6) destination quality is a mediating variable that is able to play a part in mediating partially the influence of the role of government, community participation and social capital on community welfare; and (7) community participation and destination quality is a mediating variable that is able to play a part in mediating partially the influence of the government's role on community welfare.
