摘要：The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of the agro-industrial complex of Russia at the present stage of development. The authors analyze the legislation that determines the legal basis for the interaction of the elements of the agro-industrial complex, methods of state support for the subjects of this sector of the economy, the prospects for the development of the agro-industrial complex as a whole and its individual elements, as well as some shortcomings in the legal regulation of the activities of the agro-industrial complex subjects. The article notes the exceptional importance of special rules in the regulation of the agro-industrial complex and the need for codification of legislation in this area due to its specificity.
