摘要：One of the most efficient ways to financially motivate personnel is grading, which is conducted using a number of stages of grading system development and implementation. The grading mechanism is considered, the job evaluation is carried out according to the selected factors using the example of the specific company. The summary analysis of the research results is provided in the article. According to the conclusions, the use of grading contributes to the efficiency increase of staff motivation, which ultimately leads to the increased labor productivity.
