摘要：The article presents an overview of the main methods of obtaining biofilms in vitro, used in research. The technology of 3D-bioprinting is described – a new method in the modeling of bacterial biofilms, which solves one of the main problems in the study of biofilms- the heterogeneity of biomass, and opens up new opportunities for the study of various aspects of biofilm formation.
