摘要:In order to ensure that the power supply can be restored quickly and efficiently under extreme conditions, an evaluation and decision-making method for mobile energy storage site selection and capacity planning considering the behaviour of decision makers is proposed. The prospect value is calculated based on the prospect theory to describe the bounded rationality and loss aversion of decision makers, and the attribute weight is calculated based on the relative closeness, and then the comprehensive value is obtained. Based on this, we can choose a mobile energy storage installation plan that is more in line with the psychology of decision makers.
