摘要：The research examines the steps of development of information technologies, by highlighting the most important trends and concepts regarding Industry 4.0 in the context of the digitalization of the agri-food industry. The aim to implement Industry 4.0 technologies in the agri-food field is to increase the efficiency of agricultural and agri-industrial enterprises by widely introducing new technologies and innovative business models through digital platforms. The author also studies the objectives and structure of digital platforms for agri-food markets and their application models to solve a variety of practical tasks. It is argued the need to create digital platforms as a basic component of innovative development and digitization of agriculture ensuring economic growth and competitiveness of domestic products.
