摘要：Abstract Knowledge of the determinants of labour hoarding is essential to the development of a comprehensive theory of short-run labour demand and in the evaluation of competing theories of the firm. In this paper existing labour hoarding literature is reviewed and a number of causal factors are identified and tested within an Australian context.
