摘要：The Earth’s inner magnetosphere is home to a number of meteorological, communication, and observational satellites. Understanding the dynamics of this region of space closest to the Earth advances our knowledge of the physics of plasmas in space and has practical applications since inner magnetospheric particle populations provide a hazardous environment for Earth-orbiting satellites and may be also hazardous to humans in space.
