摘要：The aim of this study is to examine the views of sports sciences faculty members regarding establishment and operation policies of sports clubs. The study was built using a qualitative research method and a phenomenological pattern. The work group consists of 11 Sports Sciences Faculty members of Yozgat Bozok University. Formation of the work group was based on maximum variation sampling method. Semi-structured interview forms were selected as a means of data collection. In the light of obtained results, it was found that there were 2 perceptions for the foundation of power. The inspection of data yields that certain legal regulations should be enforced during the establishment of associations and it was possible to create more qualitative operational structures via the steps of corporatization, branding and public offerings.
