摘要:The purpose of the article is to study the impact of COVID-19 on the student education in Russia and Poland in order to identify the level of satisfaction and effectiveness of the organization of distance education during the quarantine period. In the course of the study, the authors used methods both theoretical (analysis, synthesis and generalization) and empirical (qualitative comparison, accurate measurement and experiment). The researchers used the computer-assisted web interviewing in order to connect with respondents because coronavirus outbreak did not allow contact physically with the study participants. The researchers used simple random sampling to ensure all participants have an equal chance of being selected for the study. This paper recommends universities, regardless of the prevailing epidemiological situation in their countries, to carry out investigations to analyze and disseminate restrictive measures, to introduce and modify distance learning during a pandemic.
