摘要：The activity of an enterprise in a competitive environment is always associated with one or another degree of risk. In order for the company to be able not only to survive in the market, but also to consolidate its position, the manager must be able to identify and assess risks in a timely manner, and also make effective management decisions to minimize them. This article assesses the risks, both in general terms and those that are specific to the energy sector enterprise, JSC “Lukoil”. The authors revealed that the company under consideration (for the three-year analyzed period) is characterized by the following types of financial risks: credit risk, liquidity risk, currency risk, interest rate risk, risk in capital management. The article presents an assessment of the impact of financial risks on the financial results of a company.
