摘要：Nowadays, a new vision of change management becomes a real challenge when companies introduce an ERP Project. This article aims to discuss the changes and the otherorganizational evolutions that can impact the company and establish an inventory of the different variables that underlie performance and promote or block the success of ERP project into ICT in companies.
