摘要：Introduction: Diabetes mellitus and colorectal cancer are diseases with an increasing impact on the population. Colorectal cancer is a well-recognized complication of inflammatory bowel diseases, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s colitis. Here we describe an unusual case of diabetes mellitus, Crohn`s colitis-associated cancer.
