摘要:AbstractAccording to the growing rate of customer’s options’ in a hotly competitive market, companies must be, simultaneously, cost and time-efficient and environmentally harmless. Thus, reconfigurable manufacturing system (RMS) is proposed to cope with these new challenges. This paper addresses the problem of multi-objective process and production planning generation in a sustainable reconfigurable environment. For economic sustainability, the total production as well as process costs are considered, where for social sustainability, the workers’ health conditions are addressed. For environmental sustainability, the hazardous wastes of machines and their harmful gases emission are considered. First, a linear mixed integer model is proposed. And an adapted version of the Lp-metric approach is used to solve the problem second. Finally, to illustrate the applicability of our approach, an illustrative numerical example is presented and the results analysed.
