摘要：In the current study, it is aimed to develop a measurement instrument to determine the occupational professionalism levels of school principals. In the study, primary school, secondary school and high school principals were included. Exploratory (EFA) and confirmatory (CFA) factor analyses were performed for the scale. As a result of the EFA, a 22-item and four-dimensional scale was obtained. The rate of the variance explained by the four dimensionsis 56.58%. The dimensions of this scale are Ensuring Participation in Decisions, Professional Ethics, Professional Development and Professional Autonomy. CFA was run on these dimensions. This scale was confirmed by the CFA. As a result of CFA, χ2/sd ratio was found to be 1.90, and goodness of fit indices were found to be as follows; GFI= .91, AGFI= .89, RMSEA= .05, RMR= .03, SRMR= .06, CFI = .95, NFI= .91, NNFI= .94. Thus, a valid and reliable scale was developed to determine the occupational professionalism of school principals.
