摘要:The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the levels of workaholicism and burnout of school managers. The universe of the study consisted of 650 school managers working in primary and secondary schools in the central districts of Malatya province (Battalgazi and Yeşilyurt) in the academic year of 2020-2021. In this study, stratified sampling was preffered among the random sampling method. In the sample of the study, it was used as school level and gender layer. After eliminating the missing and incorrect ones among the obtained data, the data obtained from 251 school managers in total were used for analysis. As a result of the research, it was determined that the levels of workaholicism and burnout of school managers did not differ significantly according to the educational level variable, and that they differ significantly according to the variables of the number of students in the school and the seniority of managers. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was determined that there is a moderate positive correlation between overwork and depersonalization and burnout, and a moderate positive correlation between professional success and overwork and compulsive work.
