摘要：This paper aims to analyze the recent evolution in the Italian accounting academic environment, discussing the behavioral, motivational and performance effects of such evolutions. In particular, the paper focus on the reforms in the area of academic evaluation in Italy in order to explain how it is changing, and why the local context can play an important role on the academic environment.
