  • 摘要:Garcia D, Ramos I, Pinho D, Nunes R, Silva GCB, Mafra R, MeloG. The Assessment of Aerobic Capacity and Anaerobic Power ofSoccer Players of the Professional and U-20 Categories in Brazilian.JEPonline 2020;23(5):37-45. The purpose of this study was toevaluate the aerobic capacity and anaerobic power of 54 soccerplayers of the professional (n=35) and under-20 (n=19) categoriesduring the preseason. Weight, height, body fat, aerobic power (VO2max) and anaerobic power (Running Anaerobic Sprint Test - RAST)were evaluated. Absolute and Relative Peak power (PP absolute;PP relative, respectively) were calculated from anaerobic power andfatigue index (%FI). There was no difference between professionalsand under-20 for VO2 max (PRO: 53.88 ± 4.22 mL∙kg-1∙min-1; U-2053.90 ± 3.67 mL∙kg-1∙min-1; P=0.992), absolute anaerobic power PP(PRO: 962.68 ± 153.9 Watts; U-20 1045.61 ± 141.67 Watts;P=0.057). Under 20 soccer players had a higher (%FI) (PRO: 45.32± 6.66%; U-20 51.33 ± 6.70%); P=0.003). These results suggest thatthe training characteristics of intermittent actions have to bestructured individually, especially in relation to recovery intervalsbecause professional players show less fatigue index. This may bedue to a motor-functional experience; whereas, the under-20 playersare in a transition phase with different performance steps and energyreserves.
