  • 摘要:This study aims to comparatively examine the nitrogen-water relation of cotton (Gossypium hirsu- tumL.) plant and the effect of nitrogen doses and ir- rigation on the changes of enzyme activities of the plant occurring due to drought stress. How the drought stress tolerance is affected based on applica- tion was examined in terms of anti-oxidative en- zymes. Measured enzyme parameter levels were found to be different from each other. It is beneficial to determine the dose in urea application in a way that will not increase the nitrogen nutrition of theplants above the optimum level. For this purpose, in applications on an agricultural basis, choosing the first of the nitrogen-water doses used in the study as N2o-l7s and N20-100 (N2s-17s and N2s-loo) or a value between these two doses should be chosen and this dose should be applied at least 2 times with 10 day intervals before the fruit formation. However, it isnecessary to determine the nitrogen nutrition status of the plant before the urea application and the dose and count of the application should be carried out ac- cordingly.
